WE PROCESS THE PAYMENTS 3-5 DAYS AS THE ORDER IS GENERATED IN OUR system, after YOUR ORDER receive ON SITE THE ITEM WILL immediately PLACE ON “pending and awaiting for fulfillment “ mode while the payment is being processed and cleared in our end.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. When you sign up and created your account with us ,you will get an up to date processing and fulfullment time of your order. Once the production if accomplished your product item will automatically switch to fulfilled mode and your shipping and tracking info will generate immediately in our system to your account profile and an email notifications will be activated as well.

NOTE: please inform us immediately 3-5 business days before fulfillment completion or 48 hrs. after you have placed the order with us for immediate response and resolution , if you have any changes in your order in terms of address change and anything in regards to item changes to allow us time to correct and reprocess your item to avoid delays on your order, thank you!
